At Rancho San Lorenzo, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. Since each tour requires advance preparation of our horses, guides, and operations, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following cancellation policy.
If you need to change your reservation date, we are happy to reschedule your experience at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Your payment will be applied in full toward your new reservation, subject to availability.
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for either a 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future booking within the next 12 months.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable. However, whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate a new date.
The safety of our guests, staff, and horses is always our highest priority. If weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or any other unsafe conditions prevent us from operating safely, your experience will be rescheduled at no additional cost. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation, or arrive too late to participate in the experience, will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
